Macaulay Business Club Now Interviewing New Members for Brooklyn and Baruch Chapters

The Macaulay Business Club is a club created to help students learn more about business and its relation to other fields.

At Brooklyn we are looking for the following:

Event coordinator
This position is in charge of all the aspects that go into the creation of an event: researching the topic, identifying a unique angle on the given topic, further researching and developing this angle, working with Marketing to market the event, creating the questions/topics for the event, and creating the overall format for the event. Events are designed to be particular to a field, but still have a business focus.

Marketer
Marketers ascertain the main points of an event from the Events Coordinator and think of how to creatively transform these main points into a flier, which usually involves writing a paragraph that creatively describes the event. Marketers also advertise events through other venues, such as via networking sites, email, and other forms of media.

At Baruch we are looking for the following:

Assistant to the President: A Baruch position designed for an dedicated Sophomore, or someone who some experience in business. This person will work with the President to gain experience in all aspects of the club, such as seeing that his/her fellow students are on track with their assignments and if they need assistance. Volunteer hours are possible with advancement.
