Club Travel Funding

To access Club Travel funding, you must submit an “Additional Funding Request“. This funding is allocated by the Scholars Council, then if your trip is approved, reviewed by Student Development. Funds allocated to unapproved travel proposals will be returned to the Scholars Council Travel Fund for other groups to access.

Travel Proposals

Travel Proposals are due prior to the deadline listed for a given semester. Due to limited capacity, currently a maximum of 3 trip will be approved across all student groups each semester. Priority will be given to trips that are open to a wide range of students, when the group last traveled, and based on the proposal.
