Hi everyone! First post!
The latest project that I’m involved is Girard’s film: The Fight for Love, expected to be completed this February. This movie is jampacked with comedy, romance, martial arts, and ready? musicals!! It is a story about a boy meets girl, boy falls for girl, and boy’s struggle to survive from the murderous wrath of the ex-boyfriend. Kenneth (Girard Tescon) was just an avg Joe, lost in the World of Warcraft, before he met and connected with Celia (Eunice Wong) over their shared obsession. But Celia’s ex (Roberto Marquez), a jealous professional wrestler, would do anything in his power to rip their newly found love apart. The story is supported by unmerciful action scenes and spontaneous musical performances from original scores.
This is my first time acting on screen and also I’ll be writing six original tracks for the musical part of the movie. We’re shooting every weekend, with the help of a cast of experienced actors with unique personalities. So far, it has been a lot of fun and we’ve went thru a lot of snack time. But everyone’s been very dedicated to the project, especially the director/ actor/ writer, and we’re moving at a very fast pace towards finishing the film.
