Welcome to my blog!
Throughout my study abroad trip (Sept. – Dec.) I will be updating this blog every 3-4 days about my experience here at Peking University, Beijing, China. Hopefully you will find what I am experiencing an enjoyable read and it will encourage you to venture out of your home and study abroad as well – not necessarily China.
As for background information on myself, I am a junior at Baruch College, in the Macaulay Honors Program. My major is Finance and Investments and my minors are Chinese, Journalism, and Interdisciplinary Studies of NYC with Honors. My passion lies in community works, such as volunteering. In the future I plan on becoming a Juvenile Rights lawyer, working for a not-for-profit organization. In my free time I like to read, play sports, and go to places I have never been to. Although I like to be adventurous, I have a terrible sense of direction and constantly get lost. I guess by definition you can say I like to get lost…
