Register for Snapshot

All first-year students are required to attend our annual Snapshot event, where the photographs you took on October 11th and then submitted online will be on display, thanks to our student curators. This year, Snapshot will take place on November 23rd at the New York Historical Society, where you’ll be able to view your images of New York within a larger archive of NY-related artifacts. We have a great activity planned, so please register at http://eportfolios.macaulay.cuny.edu/snapshot/.  And check out this YouTube playlist from Snapshot 2011, where students “re-curated” the Snapshot images into a new creative project (this year’s activity will be a little different).

Snapshot 2012!

Macaualay students converged on MHC today to view our 2012 Snapshot exhibit, “Insight In Sight.” After viewing the exhibition (thanks to all our curators!), students got into small groups and recurated the event. Using images from the exhibit, they generated their own narratives, and came up with some fantastic projects. Check them out at our Snapshot 2012 Eport!
