My first reaction when I beheld the title of the connected video was “Oh! NO! This is the end of my academic career.” But after I watched this little video creation, I definitely could see the collegiate humor in it. But the question must now be asked, should there be any limits on what is allowed on this blog and also in the classroom? If so, what parameters would you establish?

Also, if the video had been placed in an academic context along with an analysis of why it is funny, would any eyebrows be raised?

“We can never be sure that the opinion we are endeavoring to stifle is a false opinion; and if we were sure, stifling it would be an evil still.” ~John Stuart Mill, On Liberty, 1859
