Current Openings in the Macaulay Business Club
Events Coordinator – Responsibilities include, but not limited to, working on the content of one event per term for the MBC. This position requires the individual to perfect the content of the event. Due to the dynamic nature of the club, all other aspects of events planning, such as marketing of the event, obtaining the speakers for the event, and the venue for the event, will be performed by the other officers in the club. Due to the fact that the Macaulay Business Club serves seven colleges throughout five boroughs, there are going to be Macaulay Events Coordinators and specific campus Events Coordinators. This will only be driven by the demand for events at either the campuses or Macaulay. All Events Coordinators are equal. Multiple openings in this position are available. Since the MBC operates on multiple campuses, you do not have to be a Macaulay student to plan events.
Secretary – Responsibilities include, but not limited to, taking notes during club meetings and creating minutes for each meeting. The Secretary would also be in charge in drafting any major correspondences as directed by the President of the MBC. This position entails performing any necessary clerical work for the club. One (1) opening in this position is available.
