Proposal due on course website by Monday 6/29, tagged in the Category field as Paper Proposal.
The final project for this course is a 5-7 page paper on a topic of your choosing that is approved by the instructor. The paper should be emailed to the instructor as a Word, WordPerfect, OpenOffice, NeoOffice, or PDF attachment -- not added as a blog post to the website. The papers will be added to the site after they are evaluated.
Before writing the paper, you must post a 2-3 sentence proposal (by Monday 6/29) indicating your topic and suggesting which magazine(s) and some potential pieces that you'd like to discuss. The post should be tagged as Paper Proposal in the Category field for proper indexing on the website.
You are strongly encouraged to contact the instructor as you develop your ideas and think about which material you'll cover.
