1. How would you describe yourself regarding your age, ethnicity, education, employment, and family status?

I am 60 plus, of African-Caribbean American origin, BA from
Brooklyn College in art and interior design.  Am single

2. When and why did you move into the neighborhood?

Moved here when prices were low many years ago

3. Please tell me what you feel are the best and worst things about the area?

Best features are good subway and bus connections, excellent neighbors, quiet. 
proximity to cultural facilities such as Brooklyn Museum, Medgar Evers College.  Worse is
lack of amenities such as restaurants, bookstores, prevalence of crime.

4. What do you think the future of the neighborhood will be, and why?

Eventually area will go up due to the movement of homeowners from Manhattan to
Park Slope and to Prospect Lefferts.
