About the Speakers

Dylan Bass
Investments Analyst

Dylan Bass graduated cum laude from Tulane University in 2020 with a degree in Economics. Dylan spent the summer of 2019 as an intern with the Commercial Real Estate team at AIG Investments. He is currently an analyst in the Private Equity group but will be returning to Commercial Real Estate for his next rotation. Dylan is a fervid Philadelphia sports fan and avid golfer.

Jack Murray
Investments Analyst

Jack Murray is a graduate of Villanova University with a major in Finance and minors in Accounting and Business Analytics. He was an intern on the Cross Asset Initiatives team in the summer of 2019. Currently, he’s on the Investment Grade team working with the portfolio managers for his first rotation as a rotational analyst.

Irma Yanez Soto
Investments Analyst

Irma Yanez Soto has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Math with an emphasis in Statistics and recently graduated with a Masters in Finance from Texas A&M University. In 2019 she interned with the Infrastructure team within the Private Credit Group in Houston. She is currently a rotational analyst with AIG Investments working with the Infrastructure team for her first rotation.

Rebecca Schwenk
Global Head of Investments Intern and Analyst Program

Rebecca Schwenk is the Global Head of Investments Intern and Analyst Program and has been with AIG for almost 7 years. She started her career in lateral recruiting at NBCUniversal and spent the majority of her career with AIG in campus recruiting before joining the Investments team in late 2020. Rebecca received her B.S. in General Management from Syracuse University and her M.S. in HR Management & Development from NYU.
