Manager – Valuation & Business Analytics, BDO USA, LLP
Dmitry Kucher is a Manager in the New York office of BDO, supporting the Valuation and Business Analytics practice. He has eight years of experience in the financial services industry and specializes in helping financial firms enhance their Risk Management practices from a Finance and Technology perspective, including Model Validation, CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review), Internal Audit, and SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycles). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Jeff McClellan works at Goldman Sachs in Recruiting, which attracts, evaluates and hires a broad and diverse pool of campus and experienced talent. Previously, Jeff was in a Reporting and Analytics role. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs full-time, he spent two summer internships with the Firm. Jeff earned a BBA in Business Management from Baruch College (’14).
Sr. Campus Recruiter at Bloomberg
Jamilla Smith is a Campus Recruiter on the Bloomberg Campus / Entry-level Talent Acquisition team. She has supported the Bloomberg Customer Support, Analytics & Sales, Supply Chain and Client Financial Services for full-time and internship roles. She started at Bloomberg LP in January 2017 and has managed relationships with target schools in the North East, Southern, and Caribbean Regions. Prior to Bloomberg, she worked as a Recruiting Coordinator and Campus Recruiter for 3.5 years in the insurance broking/consulting industry. She graduated from Baruch College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is a Sergeant First Class currently in the Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist (42A) and has been serving for over 17 years now. She has been deployed to both Iraq & Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi & Enduring Freedom respectively. She is a diversity champion and has a love of music.
Vice President Finance – Regulatory Reporting (Americas) at Nomura
Steven Tock is an active mentor to Macaulay Honor College students. His career in Finance started at Goldman Sachs. His area of expertise there was Treasury Operations and eventually he was promoted to Manager for Listed Derivatives – Futures / Options Client Service team. Currently, Steven is the Vice President in the Finance Division – handling Regulatory Reporting concerning reports to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ( CFTC ) and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange at Nomura.
Sales & Trading Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Dow Kim is a Sales and Trading Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Equity Synthetics & Securities Lending Structuring desk. Previously, he was a financial analyst at a renewable energy startup, and completed the two-year rotational Finance Management Analyst Program at Bank of America, with roles in Global Markets and Wealth Management Finance. Dow majored in Finance at Macaulay Honors – Baruch College and graduated in 2016.
