Join us for a  career development event, Industry Talks: A Networking Night with Finance Professionals from Merril Lynch, Bloomberg, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and more! More panelists will be added as we get closer to the date.

Event Details: After a panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to meet each of our speakers face to face virtually in break out rooms for further insight into the finance industry.

Meet The Panelists:

Dmitriy Berman

Analyst, Merrill Lynch

Dmitriy attended the Macaulay Honors at Hunter College Campus and has a degree in Economics. He is currently a wealth manager at Merrill Lynch where he provides bespoke planning and solutions to High Net Worth professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Sports Personnel. Previously he spent 7 years within Citigroup within the High Net Worth Private Banking Segment. Dmitriy is a diehard soccer fan and loves reading and writing historical fiction.

Alexis Polanco leads entry level recruiting for CUNY at Bloomberg across the enterprise businesses. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was the North America Campus Recruiting lead for Sales and Trading and J.P. Morgan. Alexis has experience in diversity recruiting and learning and development within finance and law. She has a Masters from New York University and a Bachelors from Lasell University. She is passionate about creating opportunities for students within finance and enjoys volunteering in her spare time.

Nick Guillen is a Campus Recruiter for Investment Banking at Bank of America. Prior to his current role, Nick worked at Bloomberg, RBC Capital Markets, and J.P. Morgan. In addition to his full-time career, Nick serves in the New York Army National Guard. He graduated from CUNY Lehman College with a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Human Resources. In his free time, Nick enjoys learning new things.

Lara Porter is Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Institutional Equity Division. She works in Electronic Trading covering quantitative hedge funds using Morgan Stanley’s trading algorithms. Prior to her role at Morgan Stanley, she held a similar role at UBS. She graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter with a BA and MA in Economics.
