He’ll also share more details on the programs that Second Day runs for College Juniors and Seniors interested in launching mission-first careers after college.

Phil Dearing is the Co-Founder and President of Second Day, a nonprofit working to dismantle inequitable talent pipelines into the social sector. He started his career at the Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit consulting firm spun out of Bain and Company. While there, he had the opportunity to work with some of the largest philanthropists, impact investors, and direct service nonprofits in the country, as well as lead several research projects on talent in the social sector. Prior to launching Second Day, Phil served as Chief of Staff at College Bound Dorchester, a small community-based nonprofit in Boston. Phil lives in Boston with his Fiance, Anne.
