Google Me This: Featuring Speaker Macaulay Honors Alum Harrison Adler

Harrison leads Business Intelligence programs for Devices Supportfor IT Administrators, namely for Chromebooks used in the Enterprise and in Education. In theory, this role would require crunching numbers for internal reporting on the health of support processes; in practice, the role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to uncover product insights and alignment with other Support teams to ensure a unified customer support experience across Google Cloud. Harrison joined Google in 2014 from the company’s acquisition of Divide, a NYC-based startup which built mobile device management software, where he lived and breathed analytics.
