This 6 week Leadership Course will aim to familiarize participants with the Leadership Challenge, build confident leaders, and develop leadership skills. Each class will consist of a brief discussion, activity, and work in small groups, with some out of class reading and handouts to review. Participants will be encouraged to relate the material discussed to situations in their personal, professional or academic lives.
The course will be led by Chris Daversa, Director of Student Development. The course does not bear academic credit.

Program cost is $15. The registration cost will reserve your space in the course and cover the cost of materials including a copy of “The Leadership Challenge” by Kouzes and Posner. Only open to Macaulay students.
Registration closes September 10th. Space is limited to 12 participants. Participants will be chosen based on their responses below, and acceptances into the program will be sent via email by September 13th.
