Spring 2024 Welcome Back Fair
It’s time to showcase, recruit, and highlight all of the great Macaulay clubs and events for the Spring semester. This year, the Welcome Back Fair will be held in-person at the Macaulay building.

The schedule is as follows:
- 2:00pm-3:00pm: Pre-Club Fair Leader Check-in with Student Development
- 3:00pm – 5:00pm: Club Fair Tabling
- 4:00pm – 5:00pm: Performances & Presentations
Club Fair To-Do: Deadline 1/12/24
- RSVP for the pre-Club Fair Leader Check-in (Required)
- Student Development will be making announcements and giving tips
- Clubs will have an opportunity to ask last-minute questions
- Register your ClubÂ
- Let Student Development know who will be representing your club
- Submit printing requests
- RSVP for the Club Fair on Club Macaulay
- Sign up for Performance & Presentations
- Want to show off your clubs talents? Highlight successful events from the fall? Present the different organizations your club has been involved with? Here’s your chance!
- Make sure to secure your spot early- a limited number of clubs will be able to register.
- Use the Social Media Toolkit to post about the event!
- Strategize about how to use the Welcome Back Fair to most benefit your club. Decide your main focus: recruitment, advertising an event, fundraising, supporting a cause, or educational/awareness outreach. Reach out to Student Development or Campus Affairs/Scholars Council for ideas or help!
