Aisha Abdelmula

Aisha Abdelmula (she/her) is an educator and artist born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Aisha earned a B.S. in Educational Theatre from New York University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University At Buffalo. Before Macaulay, Aisha served as an academic advisor at The New School where she supported design students in their academic journeys. Previously, Aisha worked in Student Life at Columbia University’s School of General Studies, where she led social justice and multicultural programs, facilitated student excursions, and advised student groups. Aisha has devoted her lifelong work to creating inclusive environments, supporting underrepresented students, and empowering others to be agents of change. When she is not at work, Aisha enjoys traveling, performing, modeling, and organizing for a more free and just society.
