Dorene Ng

Dorene Ng is the Associate Director of Clinical Services at Macaulay Honors College. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. Dorene has clinical experiences working in education and non-profit organizations, where she provided inclusive and affirming counseling to students, families, and educators of diverse backgrounds and identities. Additionally, she enjoys facilitating supportive groups and providing workshops or training to other professionals about anti-oppressive practices and trauma-informed strategies. Dorene approaches her work with each person in a holistic and collaborative manner. She strives to continually provide safe and supportive spaces where people are seen and heard.
