Kseniya Kosmina

Kseniya Kosmina is a dedicated Macaulay Honors Senior Academic Advisor at Baruch College, thrilled to return to her alma mater. She is a proud CUNY alumna, having earned her BBA in Marketing and MSEd in Higher Education Administration in 2017 and 2021, respectively, both from Baruch College. With a background as a former Honors student and a GA for the Honors team, Kseniya leverages her unique knowledge and understanding of the Honors student population at Baruch to enhance the support for Macaulay honors students.

Having worked in two top global advertising agencies, as well as in graphic design, non-profit organizations, and major financial institutions, Kseniya discovered her true calling in increasing access to higher education and assisting students in having fulfilling collegiate experiences. She has developed student programming and provided advising to transfer students as a Transfer Momentum Specialist at John Jay College.

Kseniya is deeply passionate about mentorship and fostering the professional and personal growth of others, actively participating in the CUNY community. Her contributions include mentoring in the Executives On Campus Program, volunteering with the Financial Women’s Association, and leading student organizations.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kseniya finds joy in outdoor activities that keep her active, such as running, hiking, swimming, ice skating, and skiing. Nature’s therapeutic power holds a special place in her life. She is also an avid reader, a foodie, and a passionate travel enthusiast.
