Lukasz is a PhD candidate in Modern European History at the Graduate Center, CUNY. He holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Stony Brook University. Before becoming an ITF, Lukasz taught at Queens College, Brooklyn College, and The Cooper Union. He helped create the Macaulay Monday newsletter as a College Assistant at Macaulay. Lukasz was Wikipedian-in-residence at the Jozef Pilsudski Institute of America, a New York based Polish-American cultural institution founded during the Second World War. He is writing his dissertation on the role of Polish intellectual émigrés during the Cold War.
