Michael Rohdin joined the Macaulay team in 2022 as Senior Director of the Office of Institutional Strategy and Planning, responsible for identifying institutional challenges, providing analyses of critical issues, and collaborating with the college’s leadership team to design innovative responses to strategic priorities.

Prior to joining Macaulay, Michael served for over 10 years as Director of Operations for the Office of Undergraduate Studies at John Jay College, where he provided strategic and resource advising and planning for the college’s array of curriculum management and student success programs. He led the development of the college’s Credit for Prior Learning policy and curriculum, co-led the college-wide implementation of EAB Navigate, supported key external partnerships, and contributed to institutional assessment and accreditation efforts.

A Hell’s Kitchen native, Michael holds degrees in Violin and Music Theory from the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College.
