Rosie (she/her) is a clinical intern, currently working towards a graduate degree in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Psychology and Healthcare Studies. Implementing community events and working closely with families in previous positions fostered her passion for improving the community and the mental wellbeing of others. Rosie is dedicated to providing a collaborative and affirming space for clients to be heard with empathy, encouragement, and warmth. Her approach is to meet people where they are with an emphasis on personal strengths and living authentically. Rosie aims to work from an integrative perspective, incorporating person-centered, culturally-informed, and holistic frameworks. Her clinical interests include identity development, anxiety, LGBTBQ+ experiences, and body image. In her free time, Rosie enjoys running outside and finding new baking recipes.
