HUD proposes increase in rent paid by public housing tenants

This proposal relates to federally subsidized public housing (like NYCHA), but it may be relevant in terms of the overall climate, that the current Department of Housing and Urban Development is proposing that public housing tenants pay 35% of their incomes towards their housing costs, an increase from the current 30%.
