Two of the most famous South Indian Foods served in the Temple Canteen

Idli – Rice Cakes

Idli is eaten with chutney and sambar/rasam (South Indian soup made with tamarind or tomato juice, pepper and other spices).

Chutney is the one on the top – Coconut Chutney
Rasam/Sambar is the one on the bottom – red colored Tamarind Soup

Dosa – Pancake

Dosa is a thin pancake made from rice and black lentils
