It’s interesting anyway, and might be a good thing to share with students. I think it will come as a surprise to many of them that these exist, that they’re spelled out, and that organizations really care about these things. There’s some thought behind it, so that’s also worth talking about.
One other little tip…we are not “The Macaulay Honors College.” Just “Macaulay Honors College.”
Now on to the logos (of course right-click and save these, don’t hot-link!)….
The Primary logo to be used as the recommended top choice wherever possible is this one:
If you’ve got something being printed in black only (or xeroxed or faxed or something), you can use this one:
There’s also this one, which has two colors and a transparent background. It can be useful.
There are also a few alternate colors that are acceptable (with transparent background). With these you have to be careful to be sure there is enough contrast between the logo and the background image or color.
Red on transparent background:
Black on transparent background:
Gray on transparent background:
White on transparent background (in order for you to be able to see this, I had to put a black background around it on this page. That is NOT part of the image file. It’s all white.)
And, in case you need it, a couple of versions of the beloved “CUNY Cube” (IT’S NOT A CUBE!).

Finally, the whole mess in a zip file.
