Please note that the TOTAL COMBINED budget available for any Seminar 2, 3 or 4 class is $500, which can be spent on activities, tickets, guest speakers etc. Please keep track of the total amount of your requests.

For guest speakers, honoraria of $150 max per person is available. There are three steps to paying a guest speaker.

  1. Please obtain clearance prior to booking your speaker by emailing Lisa Brundage, Director of Teaching, Learning, and Technology, lisa.brundage@mhc.cuny.edu.
  2. Fill out the form on this page. (You may do this as soon as you email Lisa.)
  3. File honorarium paperwork.

Please warn any guests that processing of honoraria is very slow. Find guests who will visit pro bono if possible.
