Faculty Peer Mentoring Program and Research Study

Designed for online teaching faculty, faculty peer mentoring provides one-on-one support to new faculty or new to online faculty for an entire semester from a faculty member with experience teaching online for SPS. The program provides for a series of scheduled interactions at key points in the semester and a mentoring manual is supplied to both mentor and mentee. Piloted in 2012, it is currently the subject of a research study by the Office of Faculty Development and Instructional Technology at CUNY School of Professional Studies.
