Teaching Circle Blog
This blog provides a virtual space for adjuncts to share news, thoughts, and concerns on scholarship and pedagogy. A call for participants distributed in the fall received an overwhelming response. The participants on this round will blog for 12 months (January to December 2014), and help define this space for future cohorts of teaching circle bloggers. The anticipated outcomes of this project include: improved digital literacy for our participants (who we hope will continue to blog after their participation), a rich faculty development experience exposing our participants to good practices in teaching and learning, and expanded awareness in our community of the concerns specific to contingent faculty.
