This project examined the cost and value of geography in Staten Island in the wake of Sandy. The group looked at the correlation between three factors—elevation, availability of public spaces, and energy efficiency—and the “success” of a neighborhood. We hypothesized a positive correlation and discovered the correlation to be stronger in the post-Sandy world.
