How do we value property on Staten Island? Re-reading costs and values of geography in the Wake of Sandy

This project examined the cost and value of geography in Staten Island in the wake of Sandy. The group looked at the correlation between three factors—elevation, availability of public spaces, and energy efficiency—and the “success” of a neighborhood.
