Katie Tepper is the Coordinator for the Business Development team at Spotify; they’re responsible for creating partnerships worldwide. Prior to joining Spotify she worked at ABC’s The View, where she began as a Production Assistant, and eventually became the Assistant to the Co-Hosts and Co-Executive Producer. Katie has many years of audience and event production experience, having worked events such as the MTV Video Music Awards, NBA All Star Weekend, and NBC’s Red Nose Day. She’s attended many red carpets and movie premieres, interviewing various celebrities and providing Social Media coverage. Katie is a 2014 graduate of Northeastern University and resides in New York City.

This is a must-attend event for students considering a professional future in lab work or research. We’ll be joined by Dr. Odaelys Walwyn from Rockefeller University. We’ll discuss research opportunities for MD, PhD, and MD-PhD graduate programs; learn how to find and pursue research opportunities; and learn how to build a resume that impresses the research community.

Neighborhood 360° Fellows help community-based organizations complete commercial revitalization projects and connect local stakeholders to city resources.

The fellows are paid by the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) and are full-time community development professionals, community organizers, or planners. We aim to build a network of leaders prepared with commercial revitalization expertise and experience in New York City neighborhoods.

Pete Madden is an editor for the ABC News Investigative Unit, which contributes coverage of national security, political corruption and human rights to Good Morning America, World News Tonight with David Muir, Nightline and 20/20. Previously, he was a senior producer at Sports Illustrated, where he co-reported the magazine’s “First Golfer” feature about President Donald Trump’s global golf business. Trump called it “fake news” but the Washington Post called it “one of the best pieces of political journalism of the Trump age.” He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.

Ever wanted to go behind the scenes of a newsroom? Here’s your chance! ABC News is offering an exclusive tour to 14 Macaulay Honors College students. You’ll get to check out how they make their graphics, walk around the newsroom, explore the control room and more!

We welcome the opportunity to speak with your students to share information about our company, our values and the benefits of our Summer Internship Program. We offer students a 10-week (40 hour work week) paid internship program that runs from June 4th through August 10th. This position is located in our Valhalla, NY office.
