Orientation Vaccination Guide

Macaulay students must submit verification of a COVID-19 vaccination by August 15, 2022 in order to attend (required) orientation events at the Macaulay building and John Jay College.

How to Upload or Submit Your Documentation

Students can provide verification of a COVID-19 vaccination by submitting documentation through the CUNYfirst portal. A user guide on how to upload proof of vaccination can be found here.

Watch the student vaccination verification tutorial here.

Once your vaccination documentation has been submitted and approved, you will be able to access your Cleared4 pass. You must show your Cleared4 pass to enter Macaulay Honors College and John Jay College buildings.

Click here for more information on Cleared4, and here for what to do if you are having difficulty accessing your pass.

I didn’t receive an email from Cleared4.org to enroll for testing. I don’t know my EMPLID to sign up for testing. What should I do?

If you have not received the welcome registration email from Cleared4.org, go to adnas.com/CUNYhelp and click on the blue button that says “CLICK HERE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT DESK” to submit a ticket. A phone number must be included in the ticket.

Students who need to verify the email account where cleared4.org sent their individualized link, or need to verify their Emplid should visit their CUNYfirst Student Center. Click here for a visual guide on how to access your student center.
