Financing a Trip

In many cases, students may apply for funding to study abroad in addition to the Opportunities Fund. Students can learn more here, and check with their Macaulay Advisors to explore their options.

Gilman International Scholarship Programs

Eligibility: Undergraduate US citizens receiving a Federal Pell Grant, studying for credit for at least 3 weeks
Deadlines: Mid-August 2019: Winter and Spring 2020 programs

US State Department program funding thousands of scholarships per year for Federal Pell Grant recipients

CUNY Chancellor’s Global Scholarship (CGS)

Eligibility: Undergraduate at any CUNY college, studying abroad for credit. Non-CUNY study abroad must be approved by home campus
Deadlines: September 12, 2019 – October 23, 2019: apply for Winter/Spring 2020
