Expressive Activity and Public Demonstrations

In accordance with CUNY’s “Rules and Regulations for the Maintenance of Public Order”

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 129-A OF THE EDUCATION LAW

Any request to schedule a group expressive activity should be in writing at least 72 hours before the requested date to Student Development (student.clubs@mhc.cuny.edu). The office will review and approve applications on a first come, first serve basis.  Each request must contain the following information: 

• Name/e-mail address/contact number of the individual/group making the request
• Date and hours requested for the activity and the duration
• Area requested for use
• Number of expected attendance
