D. Alexandratos’ course section. How has government action been enforced against violators of the Clean Air Act? To answer this question, research was conducted through analyzing the provisions of the Clean Air Act, the Consent Decree in the recent case of State of New York, et al. v. American Electric Power Service Corp., et al., and scholarly journals of studies detailing corporations releasing levels of emissions in excess of that dictated by said act throughout the last decade. Please feel free to contact us at cen@hunter.cuny.edu should you have any questions, feedbacks, or if you wish to request further information regarding the project. Abstract
