Not Another Scary Movie!

For lack of something better to write about for this blog entry, I will tell you moviegoers about another scary movie I went to see this weekend, The Fourth Kind. And I will tell you now, DO NOT go to see this movie. It was terrible. I payed to see something I could have watched on TV.

Humor

So when I first started writing this blog entry, it was five in the morning and I had just finished watching the movie "Annie Hall" with Woody Allen and Diane Keaton. It is no longer 5 in the morning and after many technical difficulties I am BACK to write this entry for the LAST time.=) Watching "Annie Hall" made me consider the different mediums through which we are exposed to opposing viewpoints.  I realized that humor should be considered an art form. I don't know if it is formally considered one but if it isn't, it should be.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona

I watched a movie tonight that posed some questions about art and it's true definition. The movie, titled Vicky Cristina Barcelona, held a ensemble of artists as it's main characters: a poet, a painter, a photographer, and an all-in-one writer, director, and actress. The poet refuses sharing his work with the world for he hates it and wishes to deprive them of his art. The painter is a Casanova that uses his skill and worldliness to seduce women.
