Footnotes

First, tell the reader where to look for the footnotes by editing the page and placing a heading at the bottom of the page that says something like ==notes== or ==citations==, etc. (the equal signs are what makes it a heading, you recall)

2) Beneath that heading, place a marker that tells the wiki where to place the footnotes. You can do this by typing the following on the line below the notes heading:

3) Finally, just after your sentence, enclose your full citation within [1] tags, so it looks like this: According to scientists, East Harlem is pretty cool.[2] The wiki will do the rest.

You Tube

Now that I have installed the extension, you may begin embedding YouTube videos into any article.

To do so, simply add this text to the body of your page where you'd like the video to appear:

<youtube v="aYouTubeId" />

Where "aYouTubeId" should be replaced with the id of the video to embed.
