Tuesday
-1 packet of Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal= unfortunately, it was not the healthiest kind because I was at home and at home we don’t have the healthiest kind. But don’t worry, tomorrow I will be at the dorm and I will get to eat healthiest kind of oatmeal! - 6g protein
-Green Tea= very very very healthy!!!!! Good job Carol!
-½ Tuna sandwich on whole grain bread- It tasted very healthy and yummy! I got it from hale and hearty soup. I know that tuna has a lot of protein, and that’s why I got it. How wonderful! -12g protein
-Vegetarian Vegetable soup= from Hale and Hearty soup. While I was putting this in the blog someone on the radio said “vegetable soup!” That’s the secret.- 2g protein
-10 Newman O’s= healthy version of oreos=organic=HEALTHY!!!-10g protein
-4 raw snow peas-raw is healthier because it preserves the nutrients- 1g protein
-3/4 cup Peanut M&Ms= healthy because it has peanuts. Peanuts are healthy- 12g protein
-10 cups of water = wow! So healthy!!!!!!!!!! I hope that it didn’t wipe away all of my protein that I ate. Does water do that??? Oh no! I hope not!
Grand total= 43 grams of protein

Wednesday
-1/2 packet of cinnamon spice oatmeal from Trader Joe’s= very healthy has fiber and low fat!!!!! I’m so healthy!!!!!- 2g protein
-Green Tea= very healthy!!!
-Kosher (because I eat kosher) Vegetarian Indian buffet!!!!!!!! (curry, chickpeas, white rice, wild rice, spinach)— 17 g protein
-10 Newman O’s = healthy oreos= you can find them at your local grocery store. They do not taste as good as real oreos, but they are made from organic ingredients. Eat them!!! Healthy and nutritious! -10 g protein
-Green Tea= very healthy!!!
-3 healthy muffins that I made at the healthy nutrition thing at the dorm (I didn’t really make them, I just ate them, but they’re healthy, I’m sure of it!!)- 3 g protein
-Peanut M&Ms=ate too many of them because I wanted to eat the protein, but now I am feeling sick because I ate too many of them. Oh no!  Healthy peanuts! Yum yum yum! - 12 g protein
I’m so thirsty I’m going to go get water. Water does not have protein.
Grand total=44 grams of protein

Thursday
1 packet of oatmeal- 4 g protein
Peppermint tea
10 Almonds- 4 g protein
Sunchips- 3g protein
2 Luna bars- 20 g protein
Grand total= 31 g protein

    Lord Jesus! She consumes so much protein! She eats so healthy! Will you be my nutritionist? I like your ring and your sweater. Thanks for keeping class pretty. I am extremely air-headed. Air whistles through my head. Air doesn’t have protein, does it?

    Yes. I will be your nutritionist. I eat veryyyyy healthy. I eat peanut M&Ms every night for dinner, because peanut M&Ms are healthy. healthy means protein.

    You should drink lots of water. Water is good even though it doesnt have protein. If you do decide to take my advice and drink water, be sure to make efficient use of the bottle. You are only allowed one water bottle for per lifetime. The environment doesn’t hurt you, so don’t hurt the environment.

    I go to Macaulay Honors College because I eat protein and wear nice rings.

    WOW! Your stories are so inspiring, almost as inspiring as Majora Carter’s! I really do hope you win the MacArthur Genius Grant! I really am so proud to be a member of the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. Where oh where did you purchase your bracelets and sweater and Newman O’s? WOW!
