From The Peopling of NYC

Xavier Matos is a born and bred Brooklyn kid. From the age of six Xavier has wanted to create works of his favorite form of entertainment, video games. In High School Xavier did extremely well in mathematics and computer programming courses, leading him to pursue a career in computer science. He also played JV Baseball his first two years of High School, earning an MVP award his sophomore year as a starting pitcher. He did not pursue varsity ball and chose instead to focus on schoolwork. Xavier currently attends CUNY's Brooklyn College under the Macaulay Honors College program. With his spare time, Xavier does independent study in the field of game programming and design.
