Even though you changed this on your computer, the change is being lost when uploading it. I downloaded a copy of the subway photo from your other post, opened it up and change its orientation horizontal to vertical then saved it under a different file name. When I re-uploaded it everything came out fine. In sum, it is not a problem with the blog, but with the information embedded in your photo. To change this you need to re-orient the photo in an an image editor like GIMP and save it under a new name.
