Sumaita Hasan ’21 (Hunter) was a Director of the Macaulay Triplets, and plans to explore Music, Film, and Law in the future!
Megan Manlunas '21 (Baruch) accepted a full-time position as an Associate Producer at Heartbeat and joined the Publicis family in February!
Patrick Perrigo '21 (Baruch) will attend the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business to pursue an MS in Information Systems with a Concentration in Data Analytics.
Ingrid Villanueva '21 (Lehman) is graduating with Cum Laude Honors as a Macaulay Bridge Scholar!
Caitlin Cacciatore '21 (Baruch) has read 550 books since the start of college and has won first prize in Bacopa Literary Review 2020 for Poetry!
After being accepted to multiple graduate programs, Carlos Perez Valle '21 (Lehman) accepted a fully-funded PhD program at McGill University. Carlos was also accepted into the EGF Accelerator Fellowship!
Xin Cheng Yuan (Queens) was accepted into the Cell, Molecular, Developmental Biology and Biophysics PhD program at Johns Hopkins University and has won the prestigious Owen Scholars Fellowship from Johns Hopkins University. Xin Cheng also won an Outstanding Presentation Award in the Category of Developmental Biology and Genetics at the 2020 Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS).
Isaac Paredes '21 (John Jay) has been accepted to a dual-PhD Program at Michigan State.
Royal Sharma '21 (City) double majored in Applied Mathematics & Economics and will join J.P. Morgan as an Analyst with its Corporate & Investment Bank. Royal interned at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and served on the Macaulay Scholars Council.
Jordan Eidlisz '21 (CSI) is graduating with a triple major in Biochemistry, General Chemistry, Molecular Biology, and a minor in Political Science, all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Jordan plans to attend medical school.
Sarah Weissman '21 (Queens) received the Herbert and June Bienstock Award and was accepted to Queens College Graduate School for social studies adolescent education.
Kiara Pagan '21 (Baruch) will be attending Baruch College in the Fall for a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology! Kiara will also continue a Talent Management internship with TransPerfect.
Remi Laurence '21 (Brooklyn) received the Michael Steuerman Scholar Athlete Award. Remi will be going to work at Premise Data as a Customer Success Associate Manager for the Commercial Vertical!
Chiandredi Johnson '21 (Baruch) was accepted into the Baruch Masters in Taxation program and received a full-time offer at PwC as a Real Estate Tax Associate! Chiandredi was also selected as the Baruch College Salutatorian!
Lisha Rajput '21 (Hunter) double majored in Political Science and Economics with a minor in Legal Studies. Lisha interned for law firms, the New York State Supreme Court, and is currently preparing for Law School while continuing to explore the legal industry as a paralegal. Lisha also runs an educational non-profit, The Link Scholars.
Alyssa Fuchs '21 (Baruch) has accepted a full time position as a Global Finance and Business Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., after two consecutive summer internships. Alyssa has also been selected as Baruch’s Class of 2021 Valedictorian!
Josephine Rose '21 (Queens) is excited to continue music education studies as a graduate student at the Aaron Copland School of Music. During college, Josephine started working as a teacher, received the Presser scholarship award, and started a non-profit scholarship foundation.
Anton Kyrylenko '21 (Lehman) is looking forward to starting the Physics PhD program at CUNY in the Fall of 2021. Anton is very excited to become part of the photonics and metamaterials research that is happening at CUNY!
Hufsa Tasnim '21 (City) will attend Columbia University's MS Mechanical Engineering program with a Concentration in Biomechanics!
Aidan Subrahimovic '21 (City) has accepted an offer from the PhD program at New York University. Aidan hopes to pursue a thesis in cosmology, the study of the birth and evolution of the universe!
AnaCristina Bedoya '21 (Queens) will be pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and will be studying the biological and psychophysiological correlates of antisocial behavior, aggression, and psychopathy!
Jason Nagourney '21 (Hunter) was accepted to Fulbright Lithuania for the 2021-22 academic year. Jason will attend the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
Mark Kashani '21 (Baruch) has accepted an offer to work full-time as an M&A Strategy Associate at EY-Parthenon upon graduation. Mark is super excited to embark on this journey and is grateful to have been part of the wonderful Macaulay community.
Stephanie Eisenberg '21 (Baruch) is excited to continue an internship at Northwell HR Technology after graduation!
Shaina Lowenthal '21 (Hunter) received a job offer from American Express for an Information Security Analyst position!
Emily Waingort '21 (CSI) is currently working at a non-profit organization in Brooklyn called CARE for Special Children. Emily is responsible for marketing and event planning!
Maya Mekawy '21 (Hunter) is graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Macaulay Honors at Hunter College after only 3 years! Maya will attend SUNY College of Optometry to pursue a career in optometry.
Justin Tizon '21 (CSI) was accepted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Mu Upsilon & Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars.
Yoseph Ahmed '21 (College of Staten Island) was accepted into the Graduate School of Physical Therapy at CSI Congrats! #macaulay2021
Deniz Kuci '21 (CSI) was accepted to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine!
Ralph Vente '21 (Hunter) has accepted a position as a Software Engineer for FactSet Research Systems.

Carlo Rafael Baria '21 (CSI) passed the The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCLEX-RN) Exam!
Alan Muller '21 (Hunter) received the Department of Romance Languages award for French in Spring 2019 and studied abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris in Spring 2020.
After all the insightful classes, internship experiences, and studying abroad, Talita-Elena Vuvunikyan '21 (Baruch) is ready to start work at Microsoft!
Dora Gelerinter '21 (Hunter) is a 2021 Boren Award recipient.
Justin Peterkin '21 (College of Staten Island) will be attending the University of Maryland, College Park this fall to pursue a PhD in Physics. Justin is interested in condensed matter theory and in the properties of novel and exotic materials.
Lauren M. Silverman '21 (College of Staten Island) will be attending the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College this fall to pursue a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting!
Jenny Yedid '21 (Brooklyn) is graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Jenny's work will be featured at the Tenement Museum in the “Your Story, Our Story” exhibit, and has been accepted into a Physicians Assistant program.
Angela Gerzberg '21 (Baruch) will be starting a summer tax internship at PWC and attending graduate school at Baruch College in the fall!
After graduation, Tali Weg '21 (Queens) will be working as a Financial Analyst at Bloomberg!
Marissa Oge-Graville '21 (Queens) will be attending the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema!
Jennifer (Joo Young) Shin '21 (City) will be starting as a fellow with the health care finance internship at Deerfield Management. After completing the internship, Jennifer will go straight to work as an Associate Consultant with Veeva Systems working with cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry.
As a sophomore, Zaria Goicochea '21 (John Jay) interned at the Brennan Center for Justice and won a student-faculty research award which fully funded a trip to Vienna to work on the United Nations' Office on Drugs and Crime SHERLOC database. As a junior, Zaria interned for Justice Ingrid Joseph at the Kings County Supreme Court. Zaria plans to apply to law school after graduation to become an international human rights lawyer.
Veronica Pistek '21 (CSI) studied Corporate Communications, with minors in Marketing, Management, and American Sign Language. Over the last 4 years, Veronica became The Banner Newspaper's Editor in Chief, a member of the Emerging Leaders Program, the President of the American Marketing Association, a Macaulay Peer Mentor, and Macaulay CSI's Social Media Intern. Upon graduation, Veronica will be accepting full-time job offers in Marketing and Communications.
Vanessa Sun '21 (Hunter) completed a research fellowship at the New York Botanical Garden, participated in the MSRI-UP REU program, won a prize at the HackMIT 2019 hackathon, and organized the Online Undergraduate Resource Fair for the Advancement in Academia of Marginalized Mathematicians (OURFA2M2). Vanessa will start an internships at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and MIT Lincoln Laboratory following graduation!
Lena Nelson '21 (Lehman) is an immigrant single mother and a Macaulay Bridge Scholar. Congratulations!
Catherine Stratis '21 (Hunter) is thrilled to be attending the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in August 2021!
Alvin John '21 (Brooklyn) is attending SUNY Downstate COM this upcoming August and currently doing neurosurgery research at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Adina Noble '21 (Hunter) graduated with a 4.0 GPA, majoring in Human Biology, Psychology, and Hebrew. Adina was also on the NCAA Women's Tennis Team, and is an aspiring Holistic Psychotherapist.
Natalie Csak '21 (Baruch) is going to be working at the Bank of Montreal as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst after graduation! On top of that, Natalie had a beautiful baby girl in her junior year!
Numan Ghuman '21 (Brooklyn) has been accepted into the Master of Education in Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University and has committed.

Sarah Umstadt '21 (John Jay) has been accepted to St. John’s University School of Law Class of 2024!
Geevanesam Devakanmalai '21 (Lehman) found a passion for Philosophy. Geevanesam will be attending the University of Connecticut to pursue a PhD in Philosophy, with a fully funded tuition and stipend.
Angelina Allia '21 (CSI) has been doing research at the Child Development Lab for almost 3 years, presented at a national conference in Texas in the summer of 2019, is currently in a psychology and neuroscience internship at Brooklyn College, and is an author on two separate publications to date (with hopefully more to come!). Soon Angelina will be taking the MCAT and applying to medical school. It has been a long and hard journey but Angelina cannot wait to see what happens next!
Abishek Johnson '21 (Baruch) accepted a full time offer to join Morgan Stanley upon graduation from Macaulay Baruch. Abishek graduated from the Zicklin School of Business with a BBA in Finance and a Minor in Business Law. Abishek had amazing experiences studying abroad in South Africa and Israel, and looks forward to what the future holds.

Shilpa Shaju '21 (City) will be serving as Salutatorian for the graduating CCNY class of 2021 and then attending UC Hastings College of Law in the fall!
Samantha Paucar '21 (Hunter) was accepted to Long Island University’s College of Veterinary Medicine! Samantha is so excited to pursue a career in shelter medicine.
Karissa Collins '21 (City) majored in Civil Engineering at CUNY City College. Karissa will be attending graduate school at Stanford University for a Master's Degree in Sustainable Design and Construction with a Structural Concentration!
Lila Tabor '21 (Hunter) will be joining the Cornell Law School Class of 2024 as a Charles Evans Hughes Scholar.
Sabri Sönmez '21 (Lehman) was able to turn an internship into a job opportunity and will go on to create mobile apps for BMW.
Anna Tsomo Leidecker '21 (Brooklyn) has accepted a position as Just Transition Organizer with Sane Energy Project, and plans to complete a Masters in Public Health.
In April 2020, Maria Campo '21 (Hunter) was accepted into the first cohort of the Macaulay/CUNY School of Public Health & Health Policy 4+1 Program. During Summer 2020 and Spring 2021, Maria began taking classes from CUNY SPH toward a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health. Maria will be officially starting as a CUNY SPH student in Summer 2021!
Tanzim Islam '21 (Hunter) is very excited to be so close to graduating from Macaulay at Hunter. Tanzim will be pursuing her Master of Public Health at NYU this fall!
