This page looks pretty good, the only suggestion I have is that each section have it's own small google map rather than one large on stuck at the bottom. This way, I could organize the neighborhoods and their individual maps into a table for you. Also, I'd conclude the introductory paragraph with a sentence or two that explains to the reader that they can find more info about each neighborhood by clicking on their name.
Finally - Each neighborhood page should include a map (most do) and some pictures (most do). Though, in both cases, the maps/photos need to be embedded within the text and addressed within the text, not just listed as the bottom. Also, the photos need to be added to flickr then embedded in the wiki (most of these photos have been directly uploaded to the wiki) --GTD
