Hello! My name is Angelo Bucolo and this is my bio. I have lived on Long Island all my life in a town called Franklin Square. I am 17 years old and a student of the Macaulay Honors College at Baruch. I plan on majoring in Finance and Investments and pursue a career in the investment banking field. I graduated from Long Island Lutheran High School (Brookville, New York) with high honors in June 2007. A major accomplishment for me was receiving the Pro Deo Et Schola award for academic and service excellence - the highest award given to a student at Lutheran High. In high school, I was Executive Editor of my school's yearbook, Legenda, and participated in activities such as Peace Group, J.S.A. Debate Club, Mathletes, and Environmental Club. Additionally, I tutored underclassmen in Math, Spanish, and Physics.
My personal interests include painting, photography, and culinary arts. I am very interested in the automotive industry along with the research and development of advanced automotive technologies. On the side, I am an essayist and short story writer. My volunteer and work experiences include being an assistant to the senior pastor of my church, a medical biller and assistant for a prominent medical practice near my home, and a volunteer physical therapy assistant.
I am very excited to continue my tenure at Baruch and can't wait to see what challenges and opportunities are in store for me!
