Julia Shaova was born on June 18, 1989 in Odessa, Ukraine. She immigrated to the United States at the age of three with her whole family. Today, Julia lives with her parents and her wonderful cat Daisy on Brighton Beach, which is called “Little Odessa”. Julia’s hobbies include dancing, traveling, hanging out with friends, and watching a wide range of live entertainment shows.
For nine years Julia was a competitive ballroom dancer, but was forced to quit due to time constraints in her high schools years. She attended Brooklyn Technical High School, in which she was the founder and president of the Russian Club, and graduated with high honors.
Julia is very excited to be in college, and looks forward to all the experiences that are yet to come!
