Lino DeMasi

Lino DeMasi was born in Flushing, New York on September 6, 1989. He was born to Italian Immigrant parents and is a first-generation Italian American. When Lino was young his parents made sure that he learn his native language and therefore is fluent in both the Italian Language and the English Language. Until August 4th 2007, Lino resided in Astoria, New York. Lino now resides in Forest Hills, New York. Among his interests, Lino enjoys playing basketball, attending New York Yankee games, traveling, watching movies and sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Lino DeMasi attended Archbishop Molloy High School in Briarwood, New York from September 2003 to May 2007. Lino graduated receiving Honors with Distinction over the four years and recieved the Spanish Language Award for excellence in Spanish over four years. Lino was also inducted into the National Honors Society in October 2006. During his High School tenure Lino participated in various community service opportunities such as the Briarwood Shelter Program, which was a mentoring program for troubled children at a homeless shelter, and the Peer Tutoring Program, where he tutored fellow classmates. Lino was also a member of the Italian Club, the Investment Club and the Intramural Sports Program.

In August 2007, Lino began his tenure at Baruch College in New York City, New York. So far he has enjoyed his time there. He has began to take part in some of the activities at Baruch College such as the Italian Society, Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society and on March 25th, Lino will be inducted into Phi Eta Sigma.
