Macaulay’s COVID-19 Response | Macaulay Honors College

Student and Alumni News

Macaulay Honors College staff, faculty and administrators are energized and optimistic as we kick off the Fall 2020 semester.

All back to school and reopening plans prioritize the safety of our community and are guided by the Dean, CUNY leadership, and New York State public health authorities. The Dean has convened a reopening task force comprised of administrators, faculty, staff and students. The group is taking a considered, flexible approach in making plans to gradually return to the Macaulay premises as restrictions are lifted.

The College will continue to update the plan in response to new or changing information, and provide regular communications to keep everyone informed, explain decisions, solicit feedback, and respond to your needs.

No classes, meetings, or appointments will take place in the Macaulay building until further notice. All staff are serving students remotely.

STUDENTS: whether outdoors or not, whether required or not, there will be no in-person meetings of Macaulay classes in fall 2020. QUESTIONS?

STAFF/FACULTY: Should you need access to the Macaulay building, please contact your supervisor or christopher.dennis@mhc.cuny.edu.
