It has a very big Bangladesh population, a stable Pakistani population, and a rising Nepali population.

Which of these groups is the most dominant in population?

Lately, Bangladeshi. The Bangladeshi population is growing very fast and they are the most numerous in number.

How well do these people get along with each other?

The four predominant cultures get along very well and conduct business without any major problems.

What are the different religions practiced in Jackson Heights?

Hinduism, Islam, and Buddhism

What religion is the most common?

Either Hinduism or Islam.

Most of the shop windows display Hindu Statues, while most of the Muslim paintings are sold on the street. Do you know why this is?

It is possible that the Hindus got to Jackson Heights first and discriminated against the Muslims by not renting out their stores to them.

How well do the people of different religions get along?

Despite the ever-present violence that is present in India. I feel like Jackson heights is a very peaceful community. The People that live here get along very well and there is no religious or ethnic animosity.

In the business world does anyone discriminate in the costumers they allow to shop or the people they do business with?

Openly they don’t but there is always the possibility that South Asian people will only hire other people of South Asian decent.
