How do you select the food in the menu?

You know, this is Bombay street food, the Chat items, nobody sells. And we are, we are the best, like twenty years, we are the best in these items.

What is it?

It’s like a Chat, the chick peas, lentil, mixed with crunchy item. You put with the sauce, so its very tasty. Yea, very good, very good.

So all these things…?

These are the dosa. These are from North India; this is from South India, different part of India.

I was wondering if you want only South Indian recipes on your menu, or if you want to bring more dishes unique to other ethnicities?

This is mainly Indian food. But, mainly the chef is South Indian. Basically, we specialize in South Indian food. But, we have other good items.

Like, people from all over India, even…?

All over India, all over India, even the American. They all come here and enjoy.

Even if they’re not Indian, they still come here and enjoy?

Yes, yes!

Do you have more customers at night or in the day?

Throughout, throughout the day, yes. Even the Thhali, the meal, is very good. Like almost 12 items, for just 10 dollars.

It looks very good! What’s in this meal?

There’s rice…rice, lentil, potatoes, everything, lentil, chick peas, lentil soup, then another spicy soup, its too good, sweet, everything. Very good, very good.

Do you guys make it less spicy?

No, like proper.

So it would be like it was like in India? The same taste?

Yea, the same, same taste.

You never lose it?

No, no, no, no! We don’t compromise it.
