My Third MOMA Experience

Going to the MOMA for the third time in a month, I saw too many unique art forms. The MOMA inspires us to look beyond and broaden our horizons with the impact from creativity. From sculptures to paintings to drawings, the MOMA is always incredible to experience no matter how many times one might go.
First off, I saw the Tim Burton exhibit with Natasha and another friend  from school. It was something out of the ordinary, especially in a museum, in my point of view. As we entered the big gigantic mouth of a scary looking face with sharp teeth, we watched short scenes of Burton’s wide spectrum of imagination. Many of the scenes are suppose to be scary, instead it was funny and awkward. Moving on to the darker room, we found ourselves in a glow in the dark exhibit of Burton’s works. The walk through his creation was truly amazing, however, it was very crowded. From watching Tim Burton’s film named Corpse Bride, I was attracted to his art work. He uses exaggerated and scary depictions to send his various messages in the movie and his exhibit. It was very innovative and a nice visit.
After the Burton exhibit, we moved into the architecture exhibit. As a little kid growing up, I loved to play with Legos. I loved building structures, mainly tall buildings. Entering this exhibit was like entering my childhood years all over again, so to speak. The work of art presented in this exhibit was in detail with grass, trees surrounding the building, big windows, and stairs.  The picture of my favorite architecture in the exhibit is shown above. This would be a house I would like to own.
