Theodore Rottner known as Teddy mentioned as Rottner,Rotha, Rothen, in several newspapers. His death certificate number is 10147. Rottner was also born in 1889 and died at the age of 22 by "multiple injuries". Rottner lived at 1991 Washington ave. Bronx. He was identified by his brother Max. The only file on Rottner found at the municipal archives is his death certificate, number 10147. His father was Morris Rottner an immigrant from Russia. His mother was Sarah Rosenborn whose birthplace is unknown, but could possibly be Russia. Most immigrants fled Russia from proverty, hardships, discrimination, and religious freedom. Theodore Rottner was buried at Mt. Zion Cemetry on March 27, 1911 Theodore Rottner had only lived in the U.S. for five years before he died. He had never married. Theodore's job at the factory was a shirtmaker.[1]
